Can’t recommend this studio enough! Having been wanting a tattoo for some time, I decided to take a leap of faith with Mo Chen to do a full sleeve of flowers. During the process of mapping, he was very accommodating to the idiosyncrasies of how I desired the design. The detail and quality of his lines and shading is meticulous and immaculate. The studio has a comfy feel; perhaps that day’s snowfall upon the turn from mid-noon to dusk to moonlight contributed to such a memorable feeling. As others have noted, you are gifted a parting Polaroid as a memento alongside a tiny booklet with instructions on how to take care of the tattoo during the healing process. A wondrous little goodbye for those popping their tattoo cherry. I had presupposed some rudimentary fear about the possibility of waking up with regret at the idea of permanence, but nah. I smile everyday when I see the tattoo. Beyond my own love, the people I love love it too. I’ll probably definitely come back again. 18/10

FANTASTIC experience. I highly recommend Jy, I found him by recommendation of a coworker and I’ve already recommended him to my room mate. Such a talented and humble artist, really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable experience and to make sure the work is as high quality as possible. I got 4 tattoos done, and across all 4 the line work was impeccable, shading was hyper realistic, and highlights were brilliantly done. I will 100% be coming back in the future!

I did a fine line tattoo with Mochen. His attention to detail and care is amazing. His work is great, his line work is the best I have ever seen and shading is perfect. He really takes his time with the tattoo and you can tell by his work that he truly cares. The tattoo shop is very welcoming and everyone is super kind. Definitely recommend !

My son and I wanted tattoos and Mochen and his colleague were available to take us in the same day. They went over the design, size and location with us. The shop is clean and welcoming, and there is a parking garage ($20 cash for up to 12hrs) available which is very helpful! We are both very happy with our tattoos! He consulted me on the risk of red tattoo ink, so he suggested I do a Blue to Purple Gradient, which I love even more! Thank you!!

my tattoo artist was Mochen, he was welcoming from the start, and he made my vision perfectly come into reality. he gave a reasonable price for the piece and his skills are amazing. i’ll be coming to him again, and it was nice to meet him and have a few good laughs. i hope he gets more recognition for his art and vision.
